Louis Soon brings a global perspective and more than two decades of hospitality experience to Lapeer Steak & Seafood. As co-founder of Maven Restaurant Group, he believes great restaurants are built on equal parts exceptional food and genuine hospitality, creating spaces where guests feel welcomed, connected, and eager to return.

Elise Harshbarger has shaped Lapeer’s breads, pastries, and desserts in-house for more than a decade. Influenced by family kitchens and a lifelong love of baking, her approach blends precision and patience with a sense of nostalgia, creating desserts that feel familiar, thoughtful, and deeply satisfying.

Richard Ramirez leads Lapeer’s beverage program with a thoughtful balance of classic and seasonal, guided by a lifelong love of wine and a quiet curiosity for craft. His goal is simple: something memorable for every guest, whether they come for the familiar or stay for the unexpected.
